Sennen Beach is renowned for its surfing and is watched over by lifeguards who also frequently move the flags to follow tidal movements showing you where it is safe to swim. Lifeguard cover is from easter until the end of October. For those wanting a quieter spot, the South West Coast Path offers access north to Gwynver Beach.
